The SANAMethod Franchise Launches: A New Era in Health, Fitness & Wellness Transformation

Exhausted. Happy. Fulfilled. That’s exactly how I felt after wrapping up our very first SANAMethod Induction Training last week, and honestly, it was electric.


We had three incredible business owners in attendance – our pioneers, and I can’t wait to see them out in the field running their own SANAMethod locations, transforming lives through better health, fitness and wellness.


This wasn’t just another training session. What we’re building at SANAMethod is completely new – a powerful fusion of lifestyle medicine, precision fitness, and personalised wellness plans. You can’t just pull that off the shelf. It takes the right people, the right systems, and a shared vision. And that’s exactly what these four days were all about.



Day 1: The Foundation – People First


Before diving into the nuts and bolts, we started where all great businesses should – with people.


We explored who our franchise owners are their unique strengths, their natural genius, and how to channel those into building thriving, meaningful businesses.

Let’s be honest, great businesses are built by great people.


Our system only works when the right people are behind it, those who influence their teams, inspire their clients, and embody the SANAMethod ethos every single day.

Day 2: The Model – Medical + Fitness + Nutrition


This is where the SANAMethod magic happens.


We broke down our three key pillars:

  • Medical insight

  • Fitness delivery

  • Nutrition & accountability


Each one is powerful on its own, but when you integrate them together under the SANAMethod framework, that’s where transformation truly begins.


When I first started, I was a fitness guy. I knew nothing about the medical side. When Dr Ralph began, he knew nothing about fitness delivery. But together, we bridged those worlds and what emerged is a life-changing service for clients and franchisees alike.

Day 3: Systems & Software


You can’t build a business on chaos.


We gave our franchisees access to industry-leading tools and systems designed to make the complex feel simple.


That means less time spent on admin and more time doing what matters most, changing lives.



Day 4: Bringing It All Together


The final day was all about integration – turning knowledge into action.

By the end of the training, our new franchise owners walked away with clarity, confidence, and a launch-ready plan for their territories. Honestly, this is just the start.
