I still remember the first time I felt it, that spark. I was 16, messing around in a gym, not really knowing what I was doing… but I walked out feeling alive. Awake. Capable.
Since then, I’ve been chasing that feeling, every single day. Not out of obsession, but devotion. Because when you move your body with purpose, everything changes.

I really don’t care too much about how my body looks, but I’m obsessed with what it can DO, and how good moving it makes me feel.
Your mind clears. Your energy rises. You feel stronger, inside and out.
And it’s not just a feeling, it’s your biology. Movement lowers your risk of heart attacks, neurodegenerative disease, even cancer. It’s medicine that doesn’t come in a pill.
It’s why (with Dr Ralph) I created SANAMethod. I’m obsessed with helping others access this same vitality, regardless of your age, injury history or how long it’s been.
We make it simple:
Strength train 2–3x a week until your muscles burn.
Get breathless 1–2x a week.
Walk 8,000+ steps a day.
That’s it. That’s the formula. For more energy, more clarity, more years doing what you love.
